My prayer was answered!

I had a neat experience last week that I want to share. So Hilary and me went to a party and as we were driving there I had my ipod touch (just got it for Christmas) in my lap. Well lets just say I totally forgot about it. We went to the party, then came home, and then went off to another activity. I remembered my ipod late that night. So I got a flash flight and I searched Hilary's car for it. I couldn't find it. I turned that car upside down searching for it TWO more times! I couldn't find it. I was starting to panic and I was freaking out. I just got this ipod and I knew it wasn't cheap and I was thinking how my parents were going to kill me! I prayed like crazy! I searched the apartment my room and everything! I had the thought that maybe I should go back to where we parked the car at that party and maybe it fell out in the snow when I got out of the car. Well I ignored that and decided to go to bed and worry about it the next morning. The first thought I had when I woke up was my ipod. I was just freaking out and making myself sick. I went to church and I continued to pray asking for help! I decided to go look at where we parked at the party the previous night. So after church Hilary took me back up. We got in the car and I said another prayer asking to be guided to where my ipod was. Afterwards I just KNEW that I was going to find it. I had to believe that I would find it laying outside. We drove up there and she parked near where she parked the previous night. I stepped out of the car and right away my eyes went directly to my ipod! I FOUND IT! It was wedged into the snow on the side of the road. I know that Heavenly Father directed my eyes to exactly where they needed to go. I ran and picked it up and i was SOO happy! After the shock of having my prayers answered I then realized that it probably was water logged and toast. So I turn it on and what do you know, nothing was wrong! The battery was still fully charged, there was no scratches or water damages. It was fine! It laid in the snow for over 12 hours and nothing was wrong!

I know this seems like such a small answer to a prayer by a girl who wasn't very responsible, but it was huge to me. The fact that Heavenly Father heard me and answered such a small prayer, the fact that he knew that this was important to me and he answered it, it meant the world to me! He does love me, he does hear all my prayers! If you guts don't know it yet, take my word for it; Heavenly Father hears all your prayers and he loves you! He really does! Nothing is too small or unimportant to him. If its important to you, then it is important to him.
This experience humbled me and strengthened my testimony!
And yes, I am super careful with my ipod now ;)
