STRESS reliever!

So the Wednesday on finals week at 9:30 pm, students have a "silent" dance in the library. This involves students with their i-pods and headphones in and just dance to their music. This dance goes on for 30 minutes, and then at 10 pm, they howl!






This was my first time getting involved in that (like an hour ago!) And  ummm definitely know why this is done, it seriously helps relieve finals stress! Just to dance it out and then howl.... makes you feel a ton better!
Well this is short and sweet and now i need to get back to studying, but seriously, if you need to relieve any kind of stress, just dance and then howl :)
